Experienced in training, coaching, group facilitation, and evaluation, Stephanie’s previous research explored personality and emotions, work-life balance, and employee retention. She enjoys organizational assessments and getting to know clients on a long-term basis as well as developing executive teams by enhancing group cohesion and facilitating strategic planning, talent management, and other change efforts.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Truman State University followed by a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in research methodology from Saint Louis University. She later served as a faculty/administrator, teacher, and researcher in Saint Louis University’s School for Professional Studies.
A scientist practitioner, she has consulted with SLU’s Center for Workforce and Organizational Development and SLU’s Center for Applied Behavioral Sciences with project work focusing on strategic planning, leadership development, survey design, and program evaluation.
