As a consultant in WittKieffer’s Leadership Advisory services, Patrick collaborates with colleagues to foster growth, development and excellence among individual executives, their teams and their organizations. With a doctorate in human development and a master’s degree in higher education administration, he is ideally positioned to help further WittKieffer’s mission to Improve Quality of Life through Impactful Leadership.
Patrick’s consulting experience includes current state assessments, leadership strategic vision development, institutional compliance reviews, organizational change management and communications, as well as workforce retraining and upskilling. Representative client impact includes:
- Improved customer satisfaction, as measured through survey results, and decreased overall budget for a large university client through working alongside client leadership to consolidate siloed administrative offices into a one-stop shop for student services.
- Effectively onboarded over 40,000 new users to a new learning management system that has been identified as a top priority by university leadership through developing and implementing a robust change management strategy which addressed varied audiences.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Patrick was a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting. In this role, Patrick primarily served on human capital projects in Deloitte’s Government & Public Service sector. Earlier in his career, he served as a higher education administrator, both as an assistant director in the Office of Judicial Affairs at Boston University and as an assistant director of undergraduate admission at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
In his personal time, Patrick enjoys staying active through basketball, volleyball or walks with his dog (Wally), rooting for Boston sports teams, and exploring the area for the next great donut shop.
