Patrick Sharry, Ph.D., is a passionate executive leadership consultant who curates meaningful and lasting relationships in varied professional circles. As a consultant in WittKieffer’s Leadership Advisory services, Patrick collaborates with colleagues to foster growth, development and excellence among individual executives, their teams and their organizations. With a doctorate in human development and a master’s degree in higher education administration, he is ideally positioned to help further WittKieffer’s mission to Improve Quality of Life through Impactful Leadership.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Patrick was a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting. In this role, Patrick primarily served on human capital projects in Deloitte’s Government & Public Service sector. Earlier in his career, he served as a higher education administrator, both as an assistant director in the Office of Judicial Affairs at Boston University and as an assistant director of undergraduate admission at Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
In his personal time, Patrick enjoys staying active through basketball, volleyball or walks with his dog (Wally), rooting for Boston sports teams, and exploring the area for the next great donut shop.
