Natalie Song (she/her) is committed to bringing positive change to today’s higher education institutions by identifying transformative leaders. Leveraging her background in cross-cultural communication, and digital marketing and years of experience in working in higher education, Natalie is passionate about seeking out strong and diverse candidates who meet institutional needs.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Natalie served the University of Miami in various roles with proven success in international recruitment, engagement, alumni relations, and development. Most recently, she was the director of admissions for graduate business programs. Her responsibilities in this role included designing and implementing enrollment and marketing strategies for Miami Herbert Business School’s seven specialized Master’s programs as well as building strategic partnerships with other institutions worldwide. Previously she worked at the university’s Alumni Relations and Development Office where she successfully spearheaded the Asia-Pacific alumni engagement and fundraising efforts. While at the University of Miami, Natalie also actively participated in and chaired university-wide committees that focus on international recruitment and engagement. She also served as an expert consultant for the university leadership in engaging constituents in China.
