His experience spans a broad range of senior roles at major health systems as well as children’s hospitals and pediatric care centers, encompassing CEO, COO, and other enterprise‑level positions. Mike is also known for his work recruiting CFOs and senior finance executives.
His attention to detail and collaborative approach consistently drive high‑quality outcomes for clients. In recognition of his contributions, Mike has received WittKieffer Quality Awards for excellence in search practice and outstanding collaboration and teamwork.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Mike was employed at a prominent Chicago‑based medical malpractice defense law firm, where his work sparked a passion for healthcare and its leadership challenges. That foundation continues to shape his commitment to identifying leaders who greatly impact their organizations and communities.
In their spare time, Mike and his wife Janet can be found watching their four boys participate in a variety of sporting events. They enjoy family time, relaxing in Southwest Michigan, and cheering for teams from the University of Illinois.
