Marisa Falco is an Associate in WittKieffer’s Investor-Backed Healthcare Practice, where she plays a central role in delivering high-impact executive search solutions for private equity-backed and commercial healthcare organizations. Known for her research capabilities and client service, she teams with colleagues to assemble dynamic pools of candidates and drive executive recruitments from start to completion.

Marisa joined WittKieffer in 2022, first distinguishing herself as a Research Associate supporting candidate identification and engagement. She led research efforts for all incoming projects within the practice, ensuring each search was informed by deep market intelligence and aligned with client goals. Her blend of analytical rigor, communication expertise, and industry knowledge makes her a trusted partner to clients navigating the evolving healthcare landscape.

Prior to WittKieffer, Marisa built a strong foundation in market research and talent acquisition for TEG Executive, Acertitude, and a leading multinational executive search firm. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
