With over 25 years in consulting, Lynn is passionate about partnering with leaders to redefine how work gets done and to reimagine new ways of working to achieve quality results and impact. As a senior partner in WittKieffer’s Leadership Advisory services, she collaborates with colleagues and clients to demonstrate WittKieffer’s commitment to Improve Quality of Life through Impactful Leadership.
Lynn is known for achieving impact by helping organizations to deliver on their unique purpose and by engaging and equipping people to succeed. She has helped executives and their teams to successfully navigate a range of business situations including crisis management, M&A integration, and rapid growth acceleration. She demonstrates a genuine interest in people, a concern for their needs and applies DE&I concepts in her work.
The majority of Lynn’s consulting work is in life sciences, healthcare, and technology. Representative client impact examples:

- Pinpointed culture strengths and gaps against a company’s 2025 strategy to help executives make better decisions and choices.

Before coming to WittKieffer, Lynn held a variety of senior roles at a prominent global executive recruiting and consulting firm. Most recently she was a senior client partner dedicated to culture, change, and communications; and in a prior role was North America lead for culture transformation solutions. She is certified in behavioral interviewing and coding, and a variety of leadership development methodologies.
In her personal time, Lynn enjoys volunteering in her local community with Autism New Jersey and HomeFront. She served as a prior board member for Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Philadelphia Chapter.
