Based in Atlanta, Keshia cultivates strong relationships with both clients and candidates. She partners closely with clients to understand their unique needs and organizational priorities to develop the recruitment strategy and candidate profile needed for a successful search. Keshia develops authentic, trusting relationships with candidates to gain an understanding of their career aspirations and to guide them through a seamless search process. Keshia was a 2020 recipient of the WittKieffer Quality Award.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Keshia was a lead recruiter and subject matter expert on search engagements in the healthcare and life sciences practice within a global professional talent solutions organization. She began her search career as a research associate in this organization identifying mid and executive-level talent and building talent pipelines for global search engagements. Keshia began her professional career in Dallas, Texas, working with Lanyon, an event management and corporate travel software organization.
