A consultant with the firm’s Academic Medicine Practice, Kerry Quealy (she/her) brings more than 20 years of executive search experience and applies intense precision and a high standard of quality when engaging with clients in need of senior leadership. These qualities have aided her involvement in a broad range of search assignments on behalf of academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems, research institutes, physician group practices, colleges and universities, public health organizations and not-for-profit institutions.
Based in Chicago, Kerry recruits deans, chairs, chiefs, center directors, as well as executives, academic officers, clinician leaders and senior scientists on behalf of leading academic medical centers, research institutes, health professions schools, faculty group practices, children’s hospitals, and health sciences universities.
Kerry previously served as director of research for the firm, leading a diverse staff considered one of the largest in the industry dedicated to healthcare and higher education. She also helped establish and implement WittKieffer’s quality program, a rigorous assessment of search performance that is integral to evaluating delivery and service.
Kerry is a multi-year recipient of WittKieffer’s quality award and recently completed the eCornell certificate program in Diversity and Inclusion, which focuses on improving employee engagement, counteracting unconscious bias and fostering an inclusive work climate.
