Kelsey believes in taking a blended approach to people management, complementing her data-driven and structured workstyle with a people-first mindset. Her background in industrial and quantitative psychology helps her understand the importance of data and best practices, which she believes are the most useful and successful when combined with a relationship-driven, hands-on, individualized approach. Kelsey enjoys working on projects that use data and information to drive organizational performance and individual satisfaction, including competency modeling, organizational analysis, and data-based assessment review.
A remote worker since 2018, she aims to use her knowledge and first-hand experience of remote work to help organizations sustain positive change as we find our new normal post-COVID.
Kelsey completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota. She received her master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma with an emphasis in Quantitative Psychology. While at the University of Oklahoma, she was a distinguished, award-winning instructor of statistics and enjoys being able to help non-experts navigate the complexities of statistics, data reporting, and data analysis.
