Before joining WittKieffer, Julie was a Principal at another leading healthcare-focused executive recruiting firm, where she led executive search efforts for venture capital and private equity-backed healthcare and life sciences companies, focusing on CEO, CFO, COO, and other senior leadership positions. Previously, Julie worked at a multinational search firm as a Managing Consultant and a Senior Associate in Healthcare Technology and Services. For a large U.S. bank, she was First Vice President, Executive Talent Acquisition, focusing on Enterprise Information Services and Corporate Functions. She managed relationships with hiring executives, provided consulting on search strategies, and handled the full lifecycle recruiting process. Before this, she spent a decade at a global IT and advising company, most recently as Regional Director and Recruiting Manager, overseeing recruitment operations and managing a team of recruiters.
Julie lives in the Atlanta area. Outside of work, you can find Julie with her two amazing rescue dogs, swimming, or baking for friends.
