Erin earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University, affiliated with the nationally renowned Drucker School of Management, allowing her to augment her education with business-focused learning. She earned her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. She graduated summa cum laude with her B.A. in Psychology and received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology.
