Elle leverages her science background to understand each client’s unique needs in order to recruit leaders and executive teams that align with their immediate strategic needs and long-term commercial goals. Through her extensive background in recruitment within the life sciences, she has built a broad, multifaceted network of executive contacts.
Before joining WittKieffer, Elle held the position of Manager at a leading UK-based executive recruiting firm, specializing in C-suite and VP-level searches for clients in the genetic medicine, ophthalmology, rare disease, and animal health space across all phases of drug discovery and development. She managed end-to-end searches, delivered high-revenue projects, developed new client relationships, and mentored a team of associates. At another UK firm, Elle oversaw the Chemistry division where she supported clients across a wide range of scientific disciplines as well as establishing and leading a new office at Alderley Park, the UK’s largest bioscience campus.
In her personal life, Elle is passionate about travel, reading, food, music, and sports. She is an accomplished skier, hiker, and runner as well as a professional scuba diver. She has lived and worked in France, Australia, and various parts of Asia.
