- A physician leader taking over a large provider group struggled to build cohesion and teamwork. Through intense coaching, observations, and feedback, the Physician in Chief created a culture of trust and collaboration.

She is a frequent coach for executives at one of the leading US-based non-profit biomedical research organizations and a sought-after Physician Coach. Before joining WittKieffer, Dörte served most recently in an executive leadership role at an NCI-designated Cancer Center.
