Ashley has honed her experience in many areas of assessment and organizational development services, including executive coaching, leadership assessments, team retreats, trainings, employee engagement surveys, succession planning, and organizational analyses. Ashley has worked with clients across diverse industries (e.g., healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing) and sizes (e.g., “mom-and-pop” family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies). Given her prior experience in clinical settings, she possesses a deep understanding of individual change processes, which helps clients meet their goals. She has expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In her practice, Ashley embraces the complexities of humanity, including our varied backgrounds, identities, goals, values, and perspectives. She seeks to understand both individuals and their environments, recognizing that contexts and systems are key components for success. Interpersonally, Ashley balances a warm, engaging style with honesty, clarity, and directness. Her personal and professional values are courage, connection, and growth.
Ashley earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Missouri St. Louis and her B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology with a minor in African American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her pre-doctoral clinical internship at the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology at Boston University School of Medicine and Boston Medical Center. Ashley’s dissertation explored the personal and situational factors that affect Whites’ recognition of racial microaggressions. Ashley’s work has been published and she has presented at national conferences. Ashley is a member of the American Psychological Association.
