Before joining WittKieffer, Ariel was a Leadership Assessment and Succession Associate for a leading executive search and advisory firm. She led and interpreted rigorous executive assessments to support client organizations in succession planning as well as the hiring of leaders aligned to their needs and missions. She also engaged executives in feedback sessions to help them understand their assessment results and how to take action on their development areas. Prior to that, Ariel worked at one of the leading management consulting groups in healthcare, working with clients ranging from large regional health systems, large academic medical centers, and community hospitals where she held a number of roles. Within the outpatient environment, she served as a Care Access Consultant, partnering with health systems to improve timely patient access to care. Within in the inpatient environment, she served as a Clinical Operations Associate, where she designed and implemented patient rounds in order to improve provider coordination of care and reduce patient length of stay. She also spent time working as a Revenue Cycle Analyst and Project Management Officer.
Ariel lives in New York and in her personal time enjoys playing tennis and spending time at the beach with her family.
