Endeavor Health, a non-profit, Chicagoland-based integrated health system, has begun a national search for a Director of Net Revenue. This pivotal leader will be responsible for system-wide net revenue reporting, budgeting, and financial planning and analysis, with a focus on optimizing revenue performance and supporting strategic decision-making.
Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis, with four direct reports, the Director will be responsible for understanding, estimating, and reporting net revenue across the system, including related contractual allowances, denials, bad debt, and charity reserves. A strong understanding of revenue cycle, third-party reimbursement mechanisms, and generally accepted accounting principles will be imperative.
