The Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) in partnership with WittKieffer, is conducting a national search for a visionary and experienced leader to serve as its Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer (SVP). The Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is a multi-institutional health care system comprised of 13 hospitals and an integrated physician network across Illinois and Wisconsin.
Reporting directly to President and CEO Damond Boatwright, the SVP will lead enterprise-wide strategy and business planning, driving initiatives that expand access to care, strengthen physician alignment, and elevate regional centers of excellence. They will bring a visionary mindset, with an ability to shape and execute long-range strategies that position the organization for sustained success.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in progressive strategic planning within complex healthcare organizations with proven success in executing partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth initiatives. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $545,600-$641,900, annually commensurate with the successful candidate’s experience. In addition, competitive incentive, benefit, and relocation assistance are offered to all executives. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to experience within the industry.
