The Vice President, Illinois Neurological Institute will partner closely with physician leaders within the institute and operational leaders across OSF HealthCare to drive the continued development of a high-quality, patient-centered Neurological Institute that serves a broad and diverse population across Illinois.
The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, strategic healthcare executive with experience leading complex service lines within large health systems or academic medical environments. A proven ability to partner effectively with physicians, navigate ambiguity, build organizational alignment, and translate vision into measurable results will be essential. The successful leader will bring executive presence, emotional intelligence, operational sophistication, and a passion for developing high-performing teams and advancing neurological care.

The salary range for this role is approximately $270,000 plus incentives and may vary above the posted range. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by OSF Healthcare. The final hiring salary is commensurate with experience.
