Catholic Health, located in Buffalo, NY, seeks an experienced, community-oriented healthcare leader to serve as the next President of Mercy Hospital. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Acute Care, the President for Mercy Buffalo will be an exceptionally strong operations leader who will bring significant experience in union environments, a demonstrated track record of medical staff relations, and the ability to work in a highly-matrixed environment.
Catholic Health is one of the largest health systems in Western New York. The system is comprised of six hospitals, several nursing homes, home care agencies, physician practices, and other community-based ministries. Mercy Hospital of Buffalo is the flagship hospital of the Catholic Health enterprise. The base salary range for this position is $275,000 to $400,000. In addition, this executive will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, retirement, and additional benefits. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and reasonableness evaluation. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
