UCHealth, a $9 billion dollar 14 acute-care hospital system, seeks a talented, innovative finance leader to serve as its next Chief Financial Officer for UCHealth Medical Group. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top-tier multispecialty physician-led group practice owned by UCHealth. This position will oversee all financial functions for the medical group while working collaboratively with the UCHealth leadership team. The UCHealth Medical Group (UCHealthMG) has almost 4,800 employees with 1,800 providers in 200 clinic locations across Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming.
The CFO will report directly to the UCHealth Chief Financial Officer as well as the Chief Executive Officer of UCHealth Medical Group and is responsible for the financial operations of physician services including accounting, financial reporting, patient financial services, budgeting, and financial analysis to support the continued growth and standardized culture of the medical group. The CFO will directly influence improved productivity and access, benchmarking of physicians and staff, and physician compensation models to support value-based care and population health initiatives. This opportunity is available due to the planned retirement of the current Chief Financial Officer.
The successful candidate will be an operationally focused, results-oriented finance executive with a substantive track record of leadership in a complex healthcare delivery system. Candidates should be well versed in contemporary healthcare financial management in ambulatory and physician practice settings and should have significant experience leading finance teams in a similarly complex environment.

The annual base salary range for the position is $346,028 – $519,022. Pay is dependent on candidate’s relevant experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and other health benefits as well as paid time off and other retirement benefits.
