NorthBay Health, based in Fairfield, California, is seeking a seasoned and accomplished hospital operations executive to serve as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (EVP, COO). NorthBay Health operates at nearly $1 billion in net patient revenue and includes two hospitals (a 154-bed facility in Fairfield and a 50-bed facility in Vacaville) along with five urgent care centers and numerous primary and specialty care clinics across the region.
The EVP, COO will lead a culture of operational excellence across the hospital division by driving operational efficiencies, implementing best practices, optimizing resources and staff, leveraging data to support decision-making, establishing clear expectations, and holding people and teams accountable for results. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the EVP, COO will design and execute innovative operational strategies that align with NorthBay Health’s mission to enhance community well-being through accessible, high-quality, patient-centered care.

The base salary will be in the $575,000 – $725,000 range based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, NorthBay Health offers a competitive executive compensation program, including incentive compensation, deferred compensation, and basic and supplemental benefits.
