Legacy Health, based in Portland, Oregon, seeks an innovative, transformational, and inspirational executive leader to serve as the health system’s next President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Legacy Health is a leading, nonprofit, independent health system serving the greater Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA metropolitan area and the Mid-Willamette Valley. Legacy Health includes 6 hospitals, including a full-service children’s hospital, and a network of more than 70 primary care, specialty, and urgent care clinics. The health system has a workforce of more than 14,000 employees and 3,000 providers.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, Legacy Health’s next CEO will inherit an organization poised for transformation after it made the decision to reaffirm its commitment to the system’s independence. This executive will lead a health system and team that stand ready to reimagine care delivery, deepen clinical partnerships, and advance measurable outcomes while serving as a steady hand in an evolving healthcare landscape.
