Kenyon College is a highly selective private institution founded in 1824 and celebrated its bicentennial in 2024. Nestled in the village of Gambier, Ohio, the hilltop campus encompasses more than 125 buildings, including a new state-of-the-art building for admissions and financial aid, which is housed in the recently completed West Quad. Kenyon offers a robust curricular and co-curricular experience, including a long and meaningful tradition of faculty advising.
Reporting to Vice President of Enrollment and Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid, Diane Anci, the AVP will serve as the College’s most senior financial aid officer, providing leadership and vision for the Office of Financial Aid. In this pivotal role, the AVP will collaborate with the Vice President of Enrollment and other senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive enrollment and financial aid strategy for the recruitment, yield, and retention of their students. Their work will reflect a deep commitment to the art and science of enrollment management, balancing data-driven decision-making with a personal, human touch.

The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership and management experience in financial aid, including an extensive knowledge of Federal Student Aid programs, including processes, policies, and regulations. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
