Emplify Health seeks a dynamic executive to serve as its next Vice President of Total Rewards within the Human Resources department. This is an exceptional opportunity with a healthcare organization dedicated to enhancing community health and enriching the lives of patients, families, and staff.
Recently merged from the Gundersen and Bellin Health Regions, Emplify Health is now a nearly $3 billion health system that provides a wider array of resources and services. With over 100 years of patient care experience in Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, southeastern Minnesota, and northeast Iowa, the integrated health system serves communities through 11 hospitals and more than 100 clinic locations, ensuring robust local healthcare.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President of Total Rewards will play a critical role in reviewing, planning, and executing the total rewards strategy for the enterprise. This position offers a unique chance to contribute directly to organizational strategy, impacting a workforce of over 18,000 team members. The VP will lead the Total Rewards Committee, presenting strategies to senior leadership that encompass best practices in recruitment, retention, and employee well-being. Additionally, this role includes the exciting task of harmonizing benefits programs and compensation philosophy while overseeing the implementation of Workday as the HR system across all regions.
Collaboration is key, as the Vice President will work closely with finance, compliance, HR business partners, and other centers of excellence to monitor trends and regulations that may influence the health system.

The ideal candidate will reside in LaCrosse or Green Bay, Wisconsin, though candidates from the four states Emplify serves may also be considered.
