The University of Denver (DU), a private institution dedicated to the public good, invites nominations and applications for the Dean of the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
The University seeks a collaborative and visionary leader who will serve as a strong advocate for the arts, humanities and social sciences and will marshal resources necessary to support the College’s goals. The ideal candidate will bring a demonstrated record of effective communication with stakeholders both on and off campus, prior administrative experience in a similar setting and in a similar role, and a notable track record in fundraising and fiscal management.
The next dean will be human centered, relational, courageous, and committed to empowering students, staff, and faculty toward excellence and impact. Founded in 1864, the University of Denver is a private Research 1 University that serves a student body of 12,700, with approximately 5,800 undergraduates and 6,900 graduate students.
