The CQO will accept a challenging but rewarding charge to lead quality improvement initiatives by elevating awareness, engagement and discipline in the strategy and execution of quality, safety and accreditation across Beebe Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive quality management program that ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across our healthcare system. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
The CQO will guide changes to best position the organization for meeting the demands of a dynamic future environment. This position will require broad and advanced knowledge matched with skills that touch nearly every aspect of the organization to drive clinical quality and safety, process efficiency, and effectiveness. The CQO will ensure effective data systems, analytic tools, and reporting mechanisms are in place to capture quality metrics and drive sustainable performance improvement.
The selected CQO will possess a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated quality improvement and patient safety leadership experience. This is an outstanding opportunity for a leader who is passionate about enriching the quality and safety of patient care throughout the system. This role requires an authentic, high-energy, collaborative, and process-oriented leader as well as an expert facilitator to build active partnerships with clinical, physician, and health system leadership and champion quality initiatives across departments. A demonstrated track record of successful influence and relational skills will be critical.
