For more than 100 years, Beebe has been providing advanced, award-winning care in Sussex County. Beebe Medical Group (BMG) is the health system’s employed multispecialty physician practice. BMG is a leader in the delivery of exceptional medical care utilizing the Patient Centered Medical Home Model (PCMH). BMG is comprised of approximately 209 employed providers and 23 specialty offices in 44 locations throughout southern Delaware. BMG’s specialty services include bariatric surgery, behavioral health, breast health and surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, dermatology, endocrinology, family medicine, gastroenterology, general surgery, infectious disease and travel medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, adult and pediatric neurology, palliative care, pulmonary medicine and sleep disorders, surgical oncology, and urology. BMG continues to focus on growth initiatives and patient access expansion to meet growing patient volumes. BMG has undergone various growth initiatives, including launching new services and practices, expanding current services, and optimizing access.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Beebe Healthcare, Dr. David Tam, the CAO of BMG will be an exceptional leader with demonstrated experience providing strategic direction and oversight to a diverse group of 21 specialty offices across 44 locations in southern Delaware. The ideal CAO will possess a deep understanding of healthcare operations, physician practice management, and population health, with a proven track record of driving growth, improving quality, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
The successful CAO will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role with a focus on physician practice management and operations. The chosen CAO has a proven track record of driving growth, improving quality, and enhancing patient satisfaction in a complex healthcare environment. The next CAO will be an authentic and visible leader who possesses strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, and can drive change and innovation in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
