The new COO will join an executive team fully committed to continuing the history of exceptional clinical and financial performance. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the COO will be one of the key executives forming strategy, working within the community, and optimizing operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a COO who wishes to lead the full scope of day-to-day operations while getting deep exposure to the Board of Directors and teaming with the CEO on outward facing initiatives.
The organization and the CEO are seeking a COO who has a focused and strategic view of the healthcare landscape; one who will help Woman’s Hospital maintain and grow their reputation and market share. With very healthy financial performance and currently outpacing budget for this fiscal year, the COO will be walking into an incredibly stable organization with a positive outlook.
Candidates should have a deep passion for women’s and infant healthcare, along with a history of strong performance in a similarly complex and competitive healthcare environment. The COO should be proactive and strategically oriented, with a high desire to help the organization think ahead of the game.
