Ellit Groups seeks a strategic, entrepreneurial and driven technology executive to serve as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). This represents a pivotal and unique opportunity for an executive to make a significant contribution to the company’s growth and trajectory.

As the second-in-command, the COO will play a crucial role in helping to drive growth and shape the company’s operational strategy. Collaboration will be essential, as the COO will partner closely with the CEO to help build the business. In addition, the COO will help to identify areas of improvement across the business, from internal processes to client-facing services. Ultimately, the COO will play a vital role in helping to scale the company, identifying new partnerships and leading new services to drive growth.
This position is ideal for a leader with a solid strategic mindset who can work collaboratively with the CEO and other executives to enhance business growth, foster innovation, streamline processes and optimize business performance. As an expert in healthcare IT, the COO will bring a deep knowledge of business development, industry trends, strategic best practices, and technological advancements to the role. With a clear understanding of operational strategy and execution, the COO will help Ellit Groups achieve its growth objectives while continuing to deliver exceptional value to its clients. The ideal candidate will bring CIO expertise within a provider setting and a strong background in healthcare IT consulting.
Relocation is not required for this position but will require regular travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
