EHS is the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in southern New Hampshire, providing high quality, cost-effective programs across the continuum of care. EHS’s innovative services cover approximately 105,000 lives in its network, as well as many other individuals in a large service area. EHS is a member of SolutionHealth, a healthcare system formed by the collaboration of Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health. The system aims to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to over half a million residents in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts.
Reporting to Tate Curti, Chief Operating Officer for Elliot Health System, the Vice President will provide visible, engaging, innovative leadership for the VNA and will serve as a collaborative, embedded, key member of the leadership team of EHS. The leader will advance the mission of the VNA and work collaboratively with the VNA Board as well as leaders across EHS to lead an integrated, coordinated approach to home care services. This leader will leverage the VNA’s integration with EHS to improve efficiencies, operating performance, access, and quality, while broadening the array of clinical services, including aspects of innovative, novel advancements to home care services.
The next leader will lead the continued development and implementation of mission-critical strategies for this progressive health care organization. The ideal candidate for this role will have a demonstrated track record of success as a collaborative, innovative leader who has strong implementation and interpersonal skills leveraged within a home healthcare focused organization.
