Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is seeking a passionate and inspiring nurse leader to serve as their next Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services.
Located in a scenic neighborhood of Baltimore, Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital (MWPH) is a 102-bed children’s hospital offering state-of-the-art long-term care for children with complex health problems. Working closely with Maryland’s leading hospitals and pediatricians, children receive a wide range of services to help them heal and grow. Reporting to the President/Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services serves as an integral member of the Senior Executive Leadership Team and directs organization-wide nursing care, treatment, and services. The Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services will set the vision and implement strategy for nursing and clinical practice in the delivery of high quality, compassionate patient care and will nurture and develop a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have progressive leadership experience in a complex pediatric hospital environment or have a mix of hospital leadership and pediatric nursing experience. The ability to effectively collaborate with their renowned academic partners will also be paramount to success.
