Paige Wolf, Ph.D., SPHR has over 25 years of experience improving human potential and effectiveness at work at all levels, including C-Suite executives. Her work related to coaching and assessment is extensive, working as an assessor and developmental coach for a variety of industries including energy generation, utilities, pharmaceuticals, satellite communications, banking, and the federal government. In the past ten years, the majority of her interest and experience has focused on assessment and coaching of senior managers and executives. Paige has led executive education programs, promoting aspiring corporate executives to achieve their goals through engaging curriculum and experiential learning.
Over her career, she has become a trusted strategic partner with the organization with whom she works. Her depth of experience across a range of factors affecting performance at work, lends to her credibility. A sample of her experience includes:
- Conducting 200+ executive-level (VP, SVP, and EVP) selection assessments for Fortune 50 clients across multiple industries to identify role fit, top strengths, and key development areas.
- Conducting 100+ executive-level (VP, SVP, and EVP) development assessments for Fortune 50 clients across multiple industries to identify key development areas and provide tangible strategies to support growth.
- Administered 360-degree feedback tools and led groups of executives through the process of self-reflection and development planning.
- Creating validated and reliable selection tools to identify high potential leaders.
- Integrating multiple psychometric assessments including learning agility, conflict resolution styles, personality, and cognitive ability, and interpreting key strength and development themes.
- Developing and validating competencies for senior level managers and executives.
- Developing and conducting structured interviewer training to optimize the validity, consistency, and applicant perceptions of selection interviews.
- Developed diversity, equity, and inclusion training course for large hotel management company.
Paige completed her Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology Education with a minor in History from the University of Delaware. She is certified in Hogan Assessments and holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
Paige has authored multiple papers on topics such as enhancing validity of assessments, the impact of outsourcing, and promoting inclusive and ethical environments in undergraduate student populations. She has presented at several professional conferences, most notably, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
