Witt/Kieffer is thrilled to partner with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) in the search for an innovative and mission driven Senior Vice President, Learning.  The new SVP, Learning will serve as a vital member of ACHE’s leadership team and will lead efforts to advance the platform of education perception as a seamless journey in personal lifelong learning. This position offers the opportunity to develop a strategy and innovative approach to meet the demands of outreach and education in a way that is relevant and dynamic.  The SVP, Learning will be joining ACHE at an exciting time to make a strong impact on the organization’s future as they continue to proactively respond to the rapidly changing healthcare environment.     
The SVP, Learning is a highly visible position both regionally and nationally and has a platform to significantly influence the future of how education is perceived and delivered through ACHE. She/ he will lead efforts to position ACHE as the preeminent professional society for leaders dedicated to improving health. Through their leadership and involvement, she/he will help foster an innovative mindset and by doing so, will help ACHE members reach their highest potential.  The SVP will be an individual who is highly motivated, mission driven and has the ability to influence many areas of the organization including education and events, in partnership with marketing, key communities, finance and administration.
