Texas - Witt/Kieffer is proud to represent Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) in the search for the Director of Oncology, Central Texas Division (Director CTX). As the largest healthcare provider in the state of Texas, BSWH is seeking a transformational, visionary, and collaborative oncologic leader with a strong academic foundation to serve in the newly created position. As a leader in the delivery of cancer care at BSWH, the Director CTX will involve oversight of Medical Oncology for the Central Division of BSWH and will have direct responsibility for all activities for Temple Medical Oncology and strong guidance and influence through a matrixed relationship over the Central Division. The Director CTX will guide the transformation of care delivery in cancer and enhance the integration of care. He/she will have the opportunity to advance the strategic growth of cancer care and work with a large portfolio of hospitals and providers.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding, board-certified physician leader with demonstrated ability to set a vision, effectively inspire, manage, mentor and develop a preeminent cancer service line. An individual who has a passion to improve processes and systems that lead to the delivery of high quality care. A leader who will demonstrate the collaborative ability to work well with multiple partners and stakeholders.
